Term & Conditions

All installments must be paid by the allottees as per the payment schedule agreed upon by the allotted between the 1st to 10th of each month and the allotted shall abide by the terms and conditions as mentioned in the booking application form.
The allocation of the units shall remain provisional until the company receives full and final payments.
Documentation charges, and connection charges of gas, water, and electricity will be charged separately as and when demanded by the company as these charges are not included in the above-mentioned cost.
